Delegate Packets

Once you register, you may view the Delegate Packets online, when the items are ready and posted.  There will be no mailings!

Voting Entity Issues and other items that are to be included in the online delegate packets should be submitted to the Conference Committee ASAP. This year we are hoping to get the packets on the website in time for delegates to get them out to their communities to Group Conscience and bring the information to their intergroup meeting so that the delegates are representing the GC of it’s VE appropriately.  Suggested dates for VE issues to be submitted is:
April 1 to be in the 1st QSR,
April 15th to be in first release of the delegate packet on April 30th.

By Law changes must be submitted to the Board of Trustees by May 13th which is 60 days before conference. This allows two weeks to send changes to the Events Committee for final changes to delegate packets by the 45 day deadline of May 27th.  All changes or new VEI's will be added to Delegate Package on the website.

What is CSC?

A CoDA Service Conference (CSC) is held each year in order to transact the business of CoDA by group conscience. This is CoDA’s annual business meeting. The location varies from year to year. Delegates to CSC elect trusted servants, review budgets and expenditures, authorize literature, and develop goals for our organization and plans to reach those goals.

This year and hereafter, the Convention and CSC will be held in conjunction with each other.

Who can attend?

Each Voting Entity (each State & each Country) elect two delegates and two alternate delegates for a period of several years to be their representatives at CSC.  Committees are made up of delegates, alternate delegates and volunteers.  Only delegates and certain other positions have voting rights.

While voting privileges are restricted, all CoDA members are welcome to attend the Conference and work on a CoDA committee.

Check the Section 13 Conference Procedures of the CoDA Fellowship Service Manual (FSM) for information or to learn more about what happens at CSC.
